Rechroming

The chrome was of course in a bad shape after many years in a barn.
I knew this would take a long time so the first thing I did was to strip the chassie from all chrome parts. I sent all parts to Belgium for rechroming in april 2016.




If someone told me at the time I sent the parts to Belgium that this process will take 13 month I would have sent the parts somewhere else!
But finely I got all parts back in june 2017 and the chrome work was great.

    Beautiful chrome! And although it took 13 months, once you get everything put back together it will be well worth it, I'm sure!
